Off Course Kraków is a travel service based in Kraków, Poland. We offer trips in and around the Kraków region. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and any booking made through our website or directly with us.
2. Bookings & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email, as specified at the time of booking. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Polish Zloty (PLN) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where stated. Off Course Kraków reserves the right to adjust prices at any time prior to confirmation of your booking.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Off Course Kraków reserves the right to cancel any activity due to unsafe weather conditions, insufficient group numbers, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
5. Participation & Physical Requirements
Certain activities involve physical exertion and inherent risk. It is your responsibility to assess your own fitness and suitability for the chosen activity. You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate. Off Course Kraków reserves the right to exclude any participant from an activity if, in our guide’s judgment, their participation would pose a risk to themselves or others.
6. Safety & Liability
Off Course Kraków takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our participants. However, outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our activities, except where caused by our proven negligence.
Participants are required to follow the instructions of our guides at all times. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.
7. Equipment
Where equipment is provided by Off Course Kraków, participants are responsible for any damage caused through misuse or negligence. Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the activity. Helmets are mandatory on all MTB rides.
8. Trip Timed
Trips are subject to timely passenger readiness. Off Course Kraków is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. The vehicle capacity and any luggage restrictions will be communicated at the time of booking and must be respected.
9. Personal Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable Polish and European data protection law (GDPR). Your data is used solely to manage your booking and communicate with you regarding your experience. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to deliver the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kraków, Poland.
