A Taste of Old Poland
Just 45 minutes from Kraków, Lanckorona is easy to miss, but worth finding. A quiet village of wooden homes and cobbled lanes, with a ruined castle above it. We slow down over a traditional Polish lunch in a pre-war wooden guest house, wander through the old town and take a short hike up to the castle for wide views over the Beskidy Mountains. Simple, unpolished, and far from the crowds.

Mystic Dunes and Ancient Landscapes
Poland doesn’t have a desert. Except it does. The Błędów Desert is a vast expanse of open sand in the middle of Central Europe. We move on to stunning medieval castles connected to the mining history, sit down for lunch in a silver town, and move on to an impressive landscape park. A day of landscapes, castles and layers, ending with dinner at a traditional Małopolska Karczma on the way home.

Silesia Uncovered & Deep Mine Journey
Silesia built Poland on coal. This trip shows you both sides of that story. We start at a perfectly red-brick miners’ district built in 1908. Then a descend of 320 metres into a Mine, the deepest tourist mine in Europe. Suspended railway, working machinery, St. Barbara’s Chapel in the dark. The trip ends at Pub Szynk, an underground bar at the bottom of a coal mine.
